Saattvic

SaattvicSaattvic is an Analyst at Europe Economics and joined in 2010.  He specialises in applied microeconomic theory, and his research at Oxford involved building several theoretical models to analyse affirmative action (positive discrimination) in higher education.  Since joining Europe Economics, he has been involved with an impact assessment study for the European Commission on proposed revisions to regulations on recording equipment in commercial vehicles.

Saattvic holds a BA (Honours) in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, in which he obtained a 1st Division.  He subsequently read for an M.Phil in Economics at Oxford University in which he obtained a distinction.  Prior to joining Europe Economics, he worked for the Competition Policy practice of another major economic consultancy, where he was a member of teams giving advice to companies involved in several high profile mergers across a range of industries.
