Helen Gardner
Helen Gardner is an Analyst at Europe Economics. Since joining in 2008, Helen has been involved in conducting research on a diverse range of projects. Helen has experience in impact assessments. She has also been involved with several studies regarding financial services for the European Commission. Helen also has experience with intellectual property issues, through her work for the Design and Artists Copyright Society, investigating the importance of royalties to artists, and from aspects of the study for the Executive Agency for Health and Consumers on digital content services.
Helen holds an MA in Economics from New York University and a first-class BA in Mathematics from Oxford University.
