Jonathan Todd

Jonathan ToddJonathan Todd is a Consultant at Europe Economics.  Since joining in 2006, he has worked on projects for a diverse range of clients, including the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), the European Commission, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the Department of Health.  He was the Project Manager for the ex-post evaluation of the Secure European Truck Parking Operational Services (SETPOS) pilot project, which Europe Economics completed for the European Commission (DG TREN).  He was also Project Manager for the impact assessment on options for revision to regulations on recording equipment in commercial vehicles which Europe Economics undertook for DG MOVE. He is presently managing another project for DG MOVE on options for reform to the regulation of port reception facilities.  During 2009 Jonathan spent six months on secondment at the Department of Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS).  Here he was the lead economic advisor to DIUS on the transition from the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) to the Skills Funding Agency (SFA).

Jonathan holds degrees from the Universities of Cambridge, Durham and London.
